How To Treat The Baby Having Stool Results As: Pus Cells 8-10, Cyst Of E. Histolytica, Plenty Bacteria Seen ?

My son (27months) stool analysis shows pus cells 8-10, cyst of E. histolytica, plenty bacteria Seen and undigested food particles are + seen what does it mean. His stomach is upset . I want to know what is the infection. What could be given to the baby to get the results to normal? The consulted doctor prescribed the following: ofloxacin 7.5ml twice daily, metronazole : 4 ml trice daily and enzyme : 2ml after meal.

Report suggests that your son is having mixed GI tract infection, bacterial and amebic.
Your doctor is properly given this medicine to clear both infection.
Complete the course and he will be alright.
give him light diet like curd, rice, buttermilk.
Ok and take care.
