How To Treat Swelling And Pain In My Mom S Ankle?
Hi, My mother is having severe pain in her right ankle. swelling is also there. the problem is she can t walk for some minutes after the rest because of the pain and the pain is slowly reducing afterwards. she also began to experience the same problem in the left ankle also kindly guide me

As a first line management you can apply ice packs for symptomatic relief.
