Suggest Remedy For Bruises In Ankle & Foot
I twisted my ankle playing football/soccer on Wednesday, and now my whole foot and ankle is swollen, and I have a bruise in a line underneath my ankle running parallel to the outside line of my foot. I also can t move my smallest 3 toes upwards, but they move down just fine. It doesn t hurt much though unless I m walking on uneven ground.

There is a possibility of injury to muscle as well as ligaments around the ankle. Get rest for a week with no weight bearing on this side and if pain and swelling still persists consult a doctor.
