How To Treat Stretch Marks On The Calf Area?

i'm 20 years old n i have stretch marks on my calf area .i want to get it erased as i cant wear shorts specially during day time. i got them wen i was around 15 years old due to rapid weight gain . now i hav lost weight so it has become more visible. i also tried retinoid creams suggested by a doctor but it didnt help. could u please suggest me something for this . i was thinking to go for microdermabrassion
