Im a 42 year old male. a little overweight but not obese, but otherwise in good health. My leg get indentions from my socks. When I press on the muscles in my shin the indentions stays. It seems to be pliable like clay. Is this anything to be concerned about or is it just water?

Hi,

You seem to suffer from acne vulgaris. Cosmetic can exacerbate the disease. So, do not use ponds white cream. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Clindamycine gel application, oral Minocycline 50 mg daily for long time would improve the condition.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilyas Patel, Dermatologist
