How To Treat Sharp Chest Pain And Breathing Problem?

Hey I am 18 years old and just in the past 4 hours I feel a chest pain. When I breathe in my heart has a sharp pain, not scrutinizing or anything to that degree, but still a discomfort. The past few days I have been feeling some what ill, but again nothing drastic. Do you think this pain is caused by an illness I may be developing? Or do you think I am having heart problems?
