How To Treat Severe Osteoporosis?

I need a medical advice and I’m unable to find a doctor in my country that would advice me:

I’m 35 years old, I do have very severe osteoporosis, I have a 2years old boy. I have breastfeed him for 13 months. After I have finished breast feeding my doctor gave me ACLASTA as a treatment and of course Calcium supplements.

My doctor said this is an annual injection, please advice if it should be taken only once a year.
