General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

i would suggest you to give her lot of water to maintain high urine output to help preventing infection.
Apart from that recurrent urinary tract infection even in girl child requires further reassessment by an Pediatric Surgeon to rule out urinary anatomical abnormality predisposing to uti, getting ultrasound abdomen and vcug are required.

Take care
