How To Treat Pleural Effusion Completely?

sir i have 20 cc pleural effusion in left side but it found about after 02 year so i take a antibiotic medicen and after 07 days remain just 2cc in altrasound report. now in my chest x ray still some cloud present so what could i do because this cloud made me unfit in medical report for getting the different jobs purpose so please tell me what can i do

Normally in pleural cavity there is some fluid. Around 5-10 ml is normal. There is daily turnover of fluid in pleural cavity. Fluid generated and absorbed to keep the cavity friction free and help in lung movement.
