General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Sarcoidosis include multiple system primarily lungs. Bronchiectasis is a consequence of sarcoidosis. Bronchodilator and nebulizer definitely help for treating shortness of breath.

For cough I would recommend mucolytics such as Bromhexine and Acetylcysteine. Take saline nasal spray for relieving congestion. If condition worsens, have checked by physician.

I hope I solved your query and I will be here for future help.
