How To Treat Peptic Ulcers Permanently?

Dear Dr, I am having a health problem, that any nything iate other tha rice foods, i am getting diaheria, fever and followed by irritaion in the stomach. 10 years back i had a treatment for ulcer peptic and currently iam facing this problem very frequently. kindly suiggest AGe:38 gender :Male: No chronic problems. How can this problem can permanently solved? kindly suggest.

Peptic ulcers are treated by dietary habits with lifestyle modification. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Avoid painkiller medication intake. Avoid stress.

Do regular exercise and yoga. Wait for reduction and eating of green leafy vegetables us useful. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
