For that investigate with ..... 1.Serum TSH 2.Serum t4 ( free t4 ) If TSH low and t4 high than propylthiouracil like drug taken for that ... Dose is usually 300 mg per day in initial doses ..... If hyperthyroid not present than measure your blood pressure . If high blood pressure present treated with antihypertensive medication.... If still cause not clear than avoid stressful situation as anxiety induce panic attack can lead such presentation... If needed psychiatric counselling and anxiolytic drug can given ...
