General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
Since you are a female of 38 years , so may be due to these possibilities , these includes.
1 Hyper tension or Hypotension , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination of blood pressure on three consequent days .
2 Anemia may be the another possible reason , particularly in female patient . Diagnosis can be confirmed by hemoglobin level examination.
3 Hypoglycemia is another probable reason in your case . Get in blood for sugar level .
However there are so many other reasons of such type dizziness as few of them are PERI MENOPAUSAL syndrome , tension , hyper acidity .
I would like to advise you please consult a physician and get his opinion.
Good luck for you.
