Hi,

If leucorrhoea is sometimes normal or may be a sign of infection especially if it's yellowish, or greenish and associated with bad odor and itching. Such discharges may originate from the vagina, ovaries, fallopian tubes, or, most commonly, the cervix. White discharge around the time of ovulation Or just before periods can be a normal one treatment which doesn't have bad odor or itching.

Only leucorrhoea with infection needs treatment. And if the infection spreads to the fallopian tubes, it may close the tubes. And if 2 tubes are closed it may affect future conception. You can get married very well. And I suggest you to go for the test AMH which tells about your ovarian reserve, i.e., your egg reserve.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
