How To Treat Injury Mediated Swollen,bruised Elbow?

Hi so for the second time i fell on my elbow in my basketball game and i think i had bursitis the first time and i think i have it again. I have pain when touching my elbow or leaning on it. Also when i straighten my elbow it leaves a dent. Its bruised and still a little swollen but im not sure what i did. Help?

It looks to me that you have olecranon bursitis. Avoid repeated movements of elbow specially when elbow hit hard surfaces. Take tablet voveron or diclofenec for decreasing swelling. Also keep your elbow in gentle warm water. If swelling does not get subside than you can take steroid injection also.
