Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Well, if ct and ultrasound were negative and there is still bleeding from the bladder then you need to do cystoscopy for further evaluation since this is the only way to evaluate inside the bladder. Also, you need to be sure that blood comes in urine since it may be coming from vagina or rectum and in this case cause ma not be related to urinary tact. LAstly, it may be sign of urethritis or urinary infection which would not be seen on imaging tests. Your other symptoms are suggestive of infection and it would be good to have empiric antibiotic therapy with ciprofloxacin for 1 week to see if this will help.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
