How To Treat Headache?

Is it possible for the caffeine or aspartame in Coke Zero to accumulate in your system over time? I have just started getting headaches and I think they can be attributed to drinking too much Coke Zero. The headache is similar to a caffeine withdrawal headache.

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Caffeine and another toxic substance can lead headache ....
Soft drinks intake kept limited ....
You can take simple analgesic just now for headache .....

If congestive symtoms like runny nose and cough occurs then antihistaminic drug like decongestent taken for it.....
Symptomatic managment done for it...

If you have constant unilateral headache episodes then history taken for migraine like flashes of light , intolerance to loud noise , throbbing headache etc.....

If more troublesome symptoms consult physician for further work up...

Take care .
