How To Treat Glaucoma Mediated Vision Loss?
hello doctor, my mother is 66 yrs old and has lost vision in one eye due to advancement of glaucoma because of lack of awareness. the other eye also has very poor vision and doctors have tried surgery, eyedrops etc., and after the damage.right now her IOP is 9 in bothe eys but suddenly she develops headache and nausea and says she has cloudy vision. Just want to know if there are any remedies using stem cell right now OR whether she can try acupuncture, chinese medicine etcs., since someone suggested that it may help in restoring vision ?

The lost eye has no chance of recovery. other eye vision and IOT Is to be informed. Fund us examination optic disc status is to be assessed. what ever residual vision is left is to be preserved and extended afar as possible.
