General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The narrated symptoms can be sort of inflammatory bowel condition, carcinoma or else.

A systemic clinical examination, per rectal examination with colonoscopy is the demand of time for the final diagnosis and further management ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
