How To Treat Chronic Migraine With Dizziness And Nausea?

I have had a chronic headache for over a year now. Every day, all day, without stopping. I have been to a headache clinic including two hospital stays. I have also been on migraine medications and no change. I have even had three spinal taps. I have officailly been diagnosed with chronic migraines and have even tried botox. Still no change. It did seem to begin from hitting my head on a large wooden beam, but I stayed conscious and got a little dizzy and nauseated. I have brought that up to countless doctors but they all think it is completely unrelated. My question is from this information what do you think is the cause?

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that your head ache is a tension head ache.Though you had injury to the head,it appears that there is no concusion.
The triggering things are the anger, gastric irritant foods, constipation etc.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a C.T.scan for diagnosis of concusion.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
