How To Treat Calcification In Left Lower Zone, Left Hilum And Right Upper Zone?

Hello doctor, i have a friend of mine and he is trying to go abroad but his chest x ray is showing calcification in left lower zone, left hilum and right upper zone and because of this he is rejected. i just want to know is there any treatment for this or can you do somethg to reduce it

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your friend's situation and problem.
Calcification on chest x ray is suggestive of old, healed, non active lesions.
These are basically scar lesions from previous lung infection. They remain as it is life long.
So for visa purpose, we need to prove that these lesions are not active infectious lesions.
For these he need to consult pulmonologist and get done CT thorax with Contrast and bronchoscopy and BAL (bronchoalveolar lavage).
If both are negative for active infection, than he cannot argue with visa authority about not having active, infectious disease and his lesions of chest x ray are old, inactive lesions.
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
