Hi, I always get little bumps ALL over my nose. When I squeeze them, it comes out as clear liquid. I can t tell the difference between if its a sun blister or a cold sore. They are hot and itchy. Anything I can get at my doctors to prevent this other than sunscreen?
As per your case history of bumps on the nose. My treatment advice is - 1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition. 2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like Fusiderm cream twice daily on it. 3. Take an NSAID like ibuprofen for five to seven days. 4. Other treatment options are oral doxycycline, minocycline, and isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
