How To Treat Anxiety And Stress?

Hi I'm a 21 year old female always had great health rarely sick. I'm currently going to college and I'm having a hard time with starting my homework, I get distracted very easy, my mood is not the same, I get angry very easily and have a hard time falling to sleep. I've never had this problem before. Is there something that I can do to fix this? I would really appreciate it! Thnx
