Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Infants usually have food fads.
You offer those foods the child likes instead of the foods which you feel good for the baby.
Take enough time for feeding by telling stories and singing songs with tender loving care and make the feeding a happy experience for both mother and baby.
Cyproheptadine drops may be tried to increase appetite.
Give more fluids to prevent dehydration during diarrhea.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
