How To Treat Alopecia?

I am a 45 yr/old white male. I have alopecia on legs and now is started on arms. The skin is smooth and soft. I first thought the alopecia was related to an allergy to spray sunblock. I became very pruritic for 3-5 days after applying the sunblock on lower legs and then the alopecia started. The alopeca is from my thighs to my toes with inttermittent thin hair growth in a few patches and is now occurring on my arms. No inflammation is noticed, but I do have some cold tingling feet and hands at certain times of the day.
