How To Treat Allergy?

hello, i am 43 years old..im having this pantal since oct 7, 2011 after eating chicken..but we have a history of allergy coz my daddy also have that..it only occured at night most, at daytime not so..imy height is 5;2", weight 125lba, im only taking benadryl 25mg at night only..my legs, tummy, arms are the favorite parts where pantal appeared..what will i do?

Thank you for posting on HCM.
From your description its looks like you are having episodes of urticaria or hives, a kind of allergic skin eruption.
I would advise you to consult a dermatologist for proper management.
Usually i advise a long term course of various antihistaminics with or without corticosteroids.
Also, in certain non-responding cases various other medications like dapsone, montelukast, cyclosporine, omalizumab can be tried.
