How To Treat HIV Related Neuropathy At The Bottom Of Feet?

I have neuropathy at the bottom of my feet. I know it is HIV related and caused. I don’t want to have it remedied by chiropractic. I want it examined and addressed by a neurologist. I live in Naples Florida. Any suggestions? Thank You Michael
