How To Treat HCG Level Which Is Around 115?

hey thanks for taking the time to read this, i was taken to the A+E on monday night suffering from right lower abdominal pain and backache with spotting, i was thinking as i have PCOS maybe a ruptured cyst however they then proceeded to tell me i am pregnant and the next morning sent me to the early pregnancy clinic where they scanned me but only found a little sac or mucus she said as i was early, then called me later that fternoon to tell me that the previous night at 8pm my hcg level was 140 and the next morning at 10am it was 115 and she suspected a miscarriage was on its way she then said there nothing anyone can do and they want me back next week when they expect my level to be below 50, i am hoping against everything that it will pull through, do you think there is still a chance?

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Decreasing hCG levels are suggestive of miscarriage.
However, confirmed diagnosis can be made by a repeat hCG level after 48 hours.
If the levels keep on decreasing, then it is confirmatory of miscarriage.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
