How To Treat 1.5mm X1.5 Mm Wart Causing Irritation And Slight Pain In Eye?

I am having a small, about 1.5mm X1.5 mm size, white wart with finest possible capillary supply on my right eye, which is causing irritation and slight pain and reddening of that eye. What should I do? Is this serious enough for surgical intervention or anything like that? please help.

Wart can only be treated by chemical or electric cauterization In fact this is to be treated by dermatologist
