How To Relieve Severe Ear Pain Caused Even By Small Sounds?

Hi ,
I am nisha and I get extreme ear pain these day and I guess it is due to excessive talking on mobile phones and now I find every small sound very painfull like the sound of the clock , water , vent fan and every small sound troubles me a lot . I have consulted the doctor here and has done check ups and suggested that my hearing is normal and gave me ibuprofen but I see no result . Can you please provide me some kind help

Thank you for ur query.
When your hearing is normal and no harm to your ears you dont have to worry much about it. For releiving pain you can try warm water splashing onto your ears and avoid speaking over the phone for some days also U can continue the tab.
