How To Reduce Weight And Increase Breast Size?

hi i have eleven months baby boy.after delivery my i became too weight and too much tan on my face and my breasts became sagging and very small.now i am not feeding the baby please please help how to reduce weight and tan and to increase breast size.my age is 23 my weight is 72

I can understand that you have gained quite a bit after the conception.I can certainly help you out.
Actually when you start losing weight , you will be starting to get in shape and the love handles will start disappearing.

Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out.

Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals.Drink loads of water. That's all about the diet.

It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. Walk for at least 40 minutes a day

I would suggest to try the natural way . If it fails , try the medications then.
