Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
The head ache is definitely due to the hypertension due to the increased dose of the synthroid.
So for controlling the heart rate and the hypertension by a beta blocker, so that the both are controlled by a single drug.
Hence i advise you to consult a cardiologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good health and resistance against infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
