How To Reduce Eye Number?
sir,
i m 23 years old and my eye number increasing after every one to two years. at present it is -4.5 in both the eyes. i m very tensed regarding it. i need some helpful suggestions and advice so that i can stop increasing my eye number and also reduce them if possible.
also, i want to ask that, can i get laser operation or my eyes? and if not now then when?

It is natural of increase of your power. maximum it can change up to 25 to 30 years. after that it will be stationery. after that you can go for contact lens or refractive surgery.My opinion is you should go for contact lens.
