How To Reduce Blood Sugar?

I am a type 1 diabetic diagnosed in 2005, since being diagnosed my blood sugar has never been lower than 240. What should I eat to lower my blood sugar? I am on high doses of insulin humalog 75 units 3 times a day and 120 units of lantus once a day and nothing is working.

Dear sir I can understand your concern
In type 1 diabetes insulin is the main treatment
But it's advisable to maintain BMI below 25 for better maintainer if insulin dose
kindly let us know your diet and weight to assist you better
diet modification is very important as more the carbs you take more is the requirement of insulin
Humlog 75 is a poor choice when you are using Lantus kindly speak with your doctor to consider actrapid or novo rapid for a better postprandial blood sugar and continue lantus
