Infectious Diseases Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
I understand your concern.
I am Dr. Arun Tank, infectious diseases specialist, answering your query.

In my opinion you should be thoroughly examined yourself.

The problem you have mentioned is not only related to trace elements deficiency.

It looks like some kind of autoimmune disease or some biochemical problems in your body.

Taking vitamins and trace elements won't work out in your case. Full diagnosis and management thereafter is the sole thing that can help you.

I will be happy to answer your further concern, you can ask me on bit.ly/DrArun.
Thank you.
