Hi- I had been having to deal with cold sores in the past 2 weeks- first i had a bad head cold- then the cold sores came on my lip , then another one came on my face under my nose- where i was blowing my nose alot- the next week. why- was it da cold and what can i take to prevent the cold sores from comimg. I usually have them(cold sores) about 3 or 4 times a year. Do stress have something to do with it? I m a teacher and I m stress alot!!!! Thank
