Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist, Ayman Darrag's Response
Hi,
It seems you are having a problem due to studying in the wrong neck position. It could be a cervical muscle spasm or a disc lesion at C6 level.
You can get vitamin B supplement to help as well see a physiotherapist for traction and some mobilization at home hot packs on the neck can help.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Ayman Darrag, Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist
