How To Overcome The Pain In My Left Upper Limb?

Hi , i have been getting pain in my left upper limb and left side of posterior aspect of neck . it is on and off pain but these days am getting frequent episodes. the pain is dragging type i think. it starts from neck and extends into the fingers, especially ring finger. i am 23 yr female, 5 7 ht , 65 kg .. I am a student. please help.

Hi,

It seems you are having a problem due to studying in the wrong neck position. It could be a cervical muscle spasm or a disc lesion at C6 level.

You can get vitamin B supplement to help as well see a physiotherapist for traction and some mobilization at home hot packs on the neck can help.
