How To Manage Stress Induced Headache Resulting In Sleeplessness, Fever, Warm Hands And Cold Feet?

Hi my fiance of 36 years old refuses to go to a doctor. He is stressed at work and what he is feeling is making me worried.
He has an acute headeche that is not leaving him and fever somethimes 35 degrees celcuis sometimes 39.! He has v warm hands but cold feet. He cants sleep or do anything because of the headeche. He has been awake for 28 hours now non stop any advise ? Thx

My advice is to go for at least Thyroid function test and if it is normal, go to a psychologist. Some time even with talking therapy and relaxation theray can help a lot. There are very good medicines available too, but you need to discuss with the physician.
