Stress, Fatigue, Sleeplessness, Hairfall, Feeling Warm. Advice

Hello Dr. I am. 28 yr old man, I work in finance and I have been feeling very stressed for the past yr or so, I have been feeling very hot as if I had a fever or internal fever perhaps? If that is an actual medical symptom. I feel weak and I can't sleep much at night. My hair has began to fallout. I am mostly concerned about feeling really warm as if I had a fever. Please advise. Thank you very much!

Hello
Welcome to health care magic
I can understand your situation. I appreciate your effort to seek online support.

Regarding fever, consult a general physician first and get your routine lab investigations done to rule out any medical illness.
However, as per your details, you are possibly having underlying anxiety/depression. For this consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation. Following treatment strategies would be helpful-

1) Antidepressants like SSRIs (escitalopram, sertarline, paroxetine etc)
2) Psychotherapy/ Counselling sessions
3) Relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, deep breathing etc

Hope it helps
Good luck
