How To Lower Creatinine Level?

Hai sir,my uncle is 45 years old, has no symptoms clinically, free from BP and DM and accidently found elevated creatinine level which is fluctuating like 147-126-117-131 micromol/litre,remaining all blood works are okey including urine analysis. USG shows loss of CMD in rt.kidney & reduced CMD in lt.kidney but size for both normal

I really appreciate your concern, if there is no any clinical symptoms then the report of serum creatinine would be questionable, and this need to be repeated with another laboratory and better to have opinion from, nephrologist, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day, (Asymptomatic renal disease may the cause, but this very rare condition )
