How To Lower GPT Level?

Hi I have recently got blood analyze results and I saw that my GPT 37 is 66, upper limit is is 45. In my medical history I had passed 20 years ago Hepatit B and my body has produced anticores. My questions are GPT 37 and SGPT are same type of test methods? and in my medical check my liver was a bit fatty ( I am 177cm and 77kg) could this effect on this? and what is the dangerous upper limit? Thank you in advance.

GPT 37 and SGPT are same type of tests methods ,the rise in SGPT can be related to fatty liver in your case.Upper limit 40U/l,any rise above this level indicates inflammation of liver,You can check antibodies against HBV to be sure its not related to that.Take care!
