How To Loose Weight?

I m obese, have thyroid, back problems, neuropathy, 50 yrs old and am miserable. What is the best way for me to loose weight. If it doesn t come off, i get discouraged and quit most of my life. My legs swell so bad now and I can t sleep in a bed. I sleep in a recliner so I can breathe.

Hi,

Weight loss is only possible when your hormone levels are normal and your diet-exercise methods are proper. So, you must check your thyroid hormone and glucose/insulin levels first. If you are diabetic or have hypothyroid, these must be regulated with prescription of an endocrinologist. Then, you can focus on your lifestyle. You must remove processed foods, salt, unnecessary carbonhydrate from your diet, so your diet become protein-based. Due to your back problems, I suggest swimming as exercise. You must swim for at least 45 min for twice a week. In time, your metabolism rate will increase along with your muscle mass.

Do not use so called "supplements", you only need a sustained life change.

May you recover soon
