How To Increase The Platelet Count In Baby?

Hi.. My daughter is 2 years and 4 months.. she has fever from past 6 dyas and we got her blood test done yesterday in which her platelet count came as 91000 which should be at least 1.5 lacs.. Can u please advise how much is that a matter of concern and how can I improve that, any specific diet or any supplements?? her neutrophils came as 22%, lymphocytes as 73%, packed cell volume as 34%, MCV as 69 fl, MCH as 22 pg and MCHC as 31 gms/dl.. Please advice hows she and what all needs to be done..

Hi
the platelets are in normal range, u should get worry when your kid platelets come below 40,000.
there is no medicine to improve platelets count. only blood transfusion of packed cells will be the treatment option when suffering from low platelets counts.
all his lab parameters appears to be normal .
