How To Increase Height?

Hello Dr.I am a 21 year old male who is 5'4" and 132 pounds. I've had a pretty normal medical history and no allergies. I want to know what I can do to improve my height by a few cms to inches at this age. I've done everything I can to improve it in that I drink around 2 glasses of milk everyday, eat protein rich food with plenty of carbs as well. I get at least 7 hours of sleep everyday and I also excercise for at least 30 mins everyday. I even hang on a bar for a few minutes to improve my height but nothing seems to be working and I've been doing it for a while now (3 years) I think I only grew 1 inch in that span or so. Please help me and I feel that as a last minute push I can take HGHs in which case how can I be prescribed that?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Unfortunately most men stop gaining height many years earlier than age 21 (even if you were malnourished for a period of your childhood and had some catching up to do). Stretching, supplements, calcium and the like are extremely unlikely to help so beware people trying to get money out of you for "cures". Growth Hormone is not recommended in adults. Your sleep and exercise and health eating are all excellent habits that will help you live a long and healthy life.
