How to identify the Anal fistula in its primary stage ? I am having a solid knoat at my anal so is it symptoms of upcoming Anal fistula? if Yes then How to avoid this?

if you pass pus along with stool and pain is present there is possibility of anal fistula.
Anal knot may be there in fistula on if you are having piles.
Go for rectal examination by surgeon.
Avoid fried,chillies and junk food.
Take plenty of fluid.
Avoid constipation.
