Hi,

I presume you are a virgin and an intact hymen,
if you are regularly having mensural flow then you have vaginal opening.
Reson for your issue may be due to
1.     Vaginal infection - due to unhygienic sexual activity, use of public toilets
2.     Dryness – due to infection, dehydration can be there use adequate water, age factor, hormonal imbalance
3.     Anatomical abnormalities
4.     Vaginismus - where you feel anxious whenever you or someone touch due to that your pelvic muscle will contract
5.     Eczema.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S.R.Raveendran, Sexologist
