How To Heal Burning Mouth?

I am suffering from burining mouth since 11 years and I am in severe pain ( upper jaw mouth tissues) all day and night I am taking several neurology medicine and visit many doctors but no use .

What medicine is useful to my case , it is for example diprofos injection.

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regardin burning in mouth for last 11 years. You are also having severe pain. No doubt it is a neurological disorder and final treatment may be planed by neurologist.

Till you are in the waiting of specialist and investigations you may use-

1- Mouth wash having mint to give cooling effect.

2- Tab Tegritol.

3- Oral paste having antibiotic + analgesic + steroid.

You may also consult your ENT doctor to rule out Glosopharyngeal neuralgia as this is caused by elongated styloid process of mastoid and may be diagnosed by clinical examination and oblique view of mastoid.
