I am 21.I am suffering from hair loss problem since last four years.Now my hair has become thin and each strand of my hair is very dry and it looks something different.I have consulted dermatologist but I have not seen any results.My hait continues falling.While applying oil or washing my hair,I loose approximately 350-400 hair.I have read on internet about biotin.Would it be good to take biotin medicine(2.5 mg).Also my nails are weak.When my nails grow,it is sure to break while washing clothes or doing some chores.Please suggest.
