Hi,

I have gone through your query and feel sorry for the situation you are in.

The symptoms you are experiencing might are indicative for viral infection.
With regards to the pain above your left breast under arm region, I'd like to know if you are also having any lump under armpit?

That might be related to co-infection with bacteria. If this is the case, you might need antibiotic treatment.

I advise to:
- take more fluids (tea, juice, water, soups)
- have light meals
- take otc painkillers (acetaminophen,ibuprofen)

If no improvement within 2 weeks time, should run further cardiac tests to evaluate your heart condition.

Wish fast recovery!
