How To Get Rid Of Stomach Bloating?

hi. Other day i was sitting on the toilet, while i was urinating i sat backwards with my penis angled towards me, all of a sudden i had terrible burning as the urine dribbed out, immediately i got stomach bloating and pain. Ive been cleared for kidney stones, uti as been discharged from hospital. Was given anti inflammtory, citro soda and nexiam. I still have burning in the penis, frequent urination, bloating. What can this be ? Is it penile injury etc ? my doctor doubted any injury. Do i need a urologist ? The one gp told me to use ciprobay ? Do you perhaps know what the problem is if any ? Thanks.

Hello,

Some advice that I can give to you is:

- Use medication that contains Simethicone
- Avoid chewing gum
- Limit your intake of carbonated drinks
- Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils
- Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw
- Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant)

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
